The Chatacabra (チャタカブラ, chatakabura) is a large amphibian introduced in Monster Hunter Wilds.
Physiology and Abilities
Muscular amphibians with a body like a great ape, their bodies are covered in bluish-green scales with black patterns, their stretchy tongue gives me surprising reach, their large chins are lined with what appear to be teeth that grow perpetually, much like with Deviljho, while their arms are often covered in saliva.
This sticky saliva allows Chatacabra to fix stones and rocks to their arms, increasing their brute strength.
They are seemingly found near bodies of water, such as an oasis.
