The Thief Wyvern Great Jagras (ドスジャグラス, dosujagurasu) is a fanged wyvern introduced in Monster Hunter: World.
Physiology and Abilities
Great Jagras are iguana-like fanged wyverns covered in yellow, orange and bluish green scales, they are much larger than their Jagras minions and possess a mane that resemble stylish dreadlocks.
Their jaws and bellies can expand in order to swallow large herbivores whole, which then begins to break down in its gullet, Great Jagras can use its decomposing prey to feed its young or to attack intruders.

Notes
- Despite their young being in Monster Hunter Rise and being mentioned in their ecology, Great Jagras is absent.
- Great Jagras was the first new Fanged Wyvern introduced since the class was first established for Zinogre.
- Prior to the release of Monster Hunter: World, many speculated that Great Jagras and its ilk were instead Amphibian.
