- Despite their pack being in Monster Hunter Generations and Monster Hunter Rise, Great Jaggi is absent.
- Great Jaggi is often compared to Velocidrome, both are introductory level bird wyverns without elemental attacks, and they are often seen as rivals in games where both appear.
- Great Jaggi's cry can be mimicked by Qurupeco, calling in Great Jaggi to its area.
- Great Jaggi ranked 68th place in the Top Monster competition during Monster Hunter's 20th Anniversary.[1]
