The Black Flame King Dreadking Rathalos (黒炎王リオレウス, kokuenou rioreusu) is a Flying Wyvern introduced in Monster Hunter Generations.
Physiology and Abilities
Dreadking Rathalos are large flying wyverns that are stronger specimens of Rathalos. They are covered in deeper crimson shells adorned with black markings. Their large wings possess a strong gray membrane with golden fire patterns coming from the wing arm. The tail-tip is noticeably wider than the rest of the tail, and is used as a club.
Dreadking Rathalos gained explosive fireballs through surviving extreme conditions, which will stick to the ground before exploding, and still utilizes talons like its regular counterpart, but with an even stronger venom.
Dreadking Rathalos are the male part of a sexually dimorphic species. The Dreadqueen Rathian is the female part, and is a Deviant of Rathian.
